Team-toning series includes four sessions, each lasting 90 minutes. The series is best completed within a 6 to 8 week range, with 1- 2 weeks between each of the first 3 sessions and 3- 4 weeks between the 3rd and 4th session.

Participants will:

  1. Identify and explicate communication processes impacting their workplace.
  2. Articulate ways the group works well together and areas that need improvement.
  3. Agree upon and collaborate toward at least one collective goal and one individual goal.

Organization of the series:

Communication: Identify and explicate how the group communicates with internal and/or external customers.
Strengths and Weaknesses: Identify and explicate strengths and shortcomings. Strengths are focused on heavily, both as a learning tool and a motivator.
Goal Setting: Focus on one weakness and set one goal using the SMART model. This is often the most challenging step.
Follow up: This crucial step allows the group members to check in with one another regarding the goal(s) set, providing structure for accountability.
